【Job Responsibilities】
1.Explore untapped markets in the assigned region, conduct in-depth assessments of dealer strength, and select the best partners and market entry strategies;
2.Assist in advancing localized operations for key markets in line with company plans, including establishing operational frameworks to enhance the competitiveness and timeliness of products and services;
3.Introduce new products to the markets under your responsibility, conduct product analysis, and introduce products in line with the market conditions of each country. This includes competitor analysis, pricing, personnel training, promotional strategies, and after-sales services, ensuring successful product launches;
4.Set monthly targets for end-users and wholesale sales, monitor dealer payments, production scheduling, and shipping bookings, ensuring that annual end-user and wholesale targets are met across countries. Analyze dealer inventory and sales data, identify reasons for any target shortfalls, and propose improvement measures;
5.Leverage business policies to encourage dealers to deepen their market penetration, driving sales at the terminal level and enhancing brand awareness;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.
【Job Qualifications】
1.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, with a background in Automotive Engineering or other related technical fields, overseas study experience is a plus;
2.More than 5 years of experience in automotive sales and the automotive industry;
3.Strong team spirit, excellent execution skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational and coordination abilities, and solid negotiation skills;
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software;
5.Proficient in English and able to use it as a working language;
6.Familiarity with the Australian automotive market is preferred.
