About the role:
Our eDiscovery team combines deep technical knowledge and experience with cutting-edge technology to provide our clients with the latest in technology-enabled legal service delivery. Fully integrated with our legal and Advanced Solutions teams, our eDiscovery team provides defensible and cost-efficient reviews and production to clients throughout the global network using the latest eDiscovery tools, big data, and AI-driven technologies.
As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Analyst to be responsible for supporting the delivery of legal technology and eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory investigations, disputes, corporate transactions, cyber incidents, and internal investigations.
Working as part of a national and international team, the role combines technology, project management, and client service skills to deliver high-quality, defensible and cost-effective outcomes for clients and legal teams. The successful candidate will work with leading eDiscovery and analytics platforms, including AI-enabled review technologies, while supporting the data processingstage of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
This is an entry level role, so we are not expecting candidates to have extensive experience. However, enthusiasm to learn and build your technical and professional skills is essential.

About you:
- Interest in developing eDiscovery skills and knowledge including.
- managing matters and providing eDiscovery support on RelativityOne. Prior experience using the front-end of RelativityOne is advantageous but not essential.
- knowledge of, the legal framework of eDiscovery, including exchange protocols and best practices across the full EDRM model.
- advanced eDiscovery technologies such as Active Learning, concept clustering, and search-term analysis.
- Strong desire to quickly develop the technical and operational skills/knowledge necessary to succeed in the role including, general technical knowledge, project management, prioritisation, troubleshooting issues, supporting multiple matters simultaneously, and escalating issues when needed.
- Demonstrated potential to work collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. Experienced in learning from others and working to strict deadlines. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional work outside core hours when required.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on conveying information clearly and concisely.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Computer Science, Commerce, Software Engineering, or a related discipline are preferred, though equivalent practical experience or a commitment to ongoing professional development will also be considered. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
