Job Description
As a key member of our team, you'll support both our clinical and front office operations, helping create a seamless experience for patients and clinicians alike.
Responsibilities include:

Chairside assisting during specialist dental procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical set-up standards

Instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures

Managing patient appointments and treatment schedules

Answering phone and email enquiries
-
Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

Processing payments and managing administrative tasks

Supporting clinicians to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist in Australia — Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded

Proactive, punctual, and reliable

Understanding of infection control protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
Highly Regarded

Previous Periodontal (Perio) experience

Experience working within a specialist dental practice

Knowledge of dental practice management software
