What this job involves:
As Team Leader, Talent Acquisition for ANZ, you will lead a high-performing team of strategic recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across multiple business lines in Australia and New Zealand. You will partner closely with JLL Business Services (JBS) delivery teams to execute integrated talent solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared accountability for hiring success.
You will act as a trusted advisor to ANZ business leaders, providing market intelligence, workforce planning insights, and proactive talent strategies. Your leadership will drive recruitment excellence through coaching, process optimization, and innovative sourcing approaches while fostering a culture of collaboration aligned with "One JLL" principles.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 3–4 strategic recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support

Collaborate with JBS delivery teams to coordinate high-volume and frontline hiring, ensuring alignment on priorities and seamless execution

Serve as strategic advisor to ANZ business and HR leaders, providing workforce insights, market intelligence, and proactive talent solutions

Oversee critical and senior-level searches, guiding strategy and ensuring quality of hire

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand roles, enabling access to ready-now talent

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction) and implement improvements

Drive adoption of advanced JLL recruitment tools, AI-enabled platforms, and recruitment analytics to optimize pipelines and candidate engagement

Champion "One JLL" collaboration across ANZ and APAC, sharing best practices and contributing to regional talent initiatives

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration requirements, and JLL's global hiring standards

Participate in transformation projects that elevate JLL's talent acquisition capability
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher
-
8–10 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or team management role

Proven track record leading strategic recruitment for professional, operational, and senior-level roles

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and advise business leaders

Experience collaborating with shared service or delivery center teams to achieve hiring outcomes

Deep knowledge of ANZ talent markets, competitor landscape, and local employment regulations

Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams
