The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated CM Services Lead who will be responsible for hands on leadership of CM services within the WA Business Unit to ensure that it achieves sales, profit, productivity, technical, HSE and HR resource objectives. Working in collaboration with our experienced WA management team and Principal CM Engineer, you will be taking a leading role with helping new and existing clients manage their asset integrity and reliability through utilising best in class technology and service approach.
You will ideally have significant experience as a CM specialist in the industry, advanced client relationship management capability, technical leadership experience and strong project management skills. Additional requirements include:
About You
- Resource industry experience required.
- Experience with thermography, oil analysis and laser alignment preferred but not essential.
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- An understanding and commitment to QHSE
- Advanced organisational skills and the ability to work in collaboration with the management and engineering team
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Level VCAT2 – Mobius, AINDT or PCN Certificate for Vibration Analysis
- Trades or Engineering Qualifications
