Full Job Description

MN Group is a family-oriented commercial cleaning business that has been serving Australia with excellence since 2002. Our extensive experience across different sectors makes us a specialised and multi-structured company capable of providing reliable and thorough professional commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance services.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Contract Administrator to join our growing business.

About the role;

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for administering the company’s commercial cleaning and facilities-services contracts. The position will ensure that contracts, variations, service requirements, compliance obligations, budgets and reporting requirements are managed effectively.

Drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts and contract amendments, ensuring they comply with organisational policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Assesses and reviews insurance requirements associated with contractual arrangements.
Addresses and resolves enquiries, concerns and issues relating to contracts.
Organises, maintains and manages contractual documentation and records.
Monitors contractor performance and activities and reports any changes or variations to approved work orders.
Coordinates contract renewals, extensions and terminations in accordance with organisational requirements.
Prepares, reviews and submits organisational activity reports and related documentation.

Qualifications and skills

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law or a related field.
At least one year of relevant professional experience, preferably one to two years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong financial and administrative skills.
A good understanding of contract administration and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
