Full Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Graphic Designer & CAD Artist to bring our womenswear ranges to life. You'll create trend‑led graphics, prints, and CADs that support strong sell‑through and cohesive seasonal stories. Working closely with Buying, & you'll deliver artwork that's brand‑aligned, customer‑focused, and production‑ready.

What you'll do

Design graphics, placements, yardages, and branding assets for womenswear
Build accurate CADs, colourways, and artwork packs for supplier handover
Translate trends and market insights into commercially relevant concepts
Support range building with mock‑ups, boards, and visual tools
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure artwork meets cost, quality, and timing needs

What you bring

2–4+ years in fashion graphics, textile design, or CAD (womenswear Background)
Strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills
A sharp commercial eye and understanding of print techniques
Ability to work at pace with high accuracy to meet critical path deadlines
