Physiotherapist | Full-Time Permanent Position | $77,500–$90,000 + Super

Looking for a full-time physiotherapy role where you can spend more time treating clients and less time on administrative tasks?

Join our Sydney-based team, working across our Hurstville and Sans Souci clinics, with access to hydrotherapy pools, rehabilitation gyms, and private consultation rooms.

This permanent full-time opportunity includes a steady stream of clients, ongoing clinical mentorship, and a structured pathway to building a full caseload.

What The Role Looks Like

This is primarily a clinic-based role, with some local mobile visits where required.

You’ll work across:

NDIS and Aged Care (neurological conditions, physical disability, falls prevention, arthritis and joint replacements)
DVA and Medicare clients
Workers Compensation and Return to Work programs

The caseload is varied, rewarding and well supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Your Work Environment

Our clinics are located within aquatic and leisure centres, giving you access to:

Hydrotherapy pools
Fully equipped rehabilitation gyms
Private consultation and treatment rooms
Dedicated staff workspaces

This allows you to deliver assessment, treatment, exercise rehabilitation and hydrotherapy from one location.

Support Around You

You’ll be backed by a dedicated administration and operations team who assist with:

Bookings and scheduling
Client reminders
Billing and administration
Learning systems and processes

You’ll also work alongside experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who are available to discuss complex clients, treatment planning, progressions and clinical ideas.

It’s a genuinely collaborative environment where clinicians support each other and share knowledge.

Who We’re Looking For

Physiotherapy Degree
Current AHPRA Registration
Current Driver’s Licence
National Police Check
Working With Children Check
Full Australian Working Rights

New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
