About the role
Support delivery of rural GP training programs by coordinating projects, managing data, and maintaining key processes. Reporting to the Manager Rural Pathways and Rural Generalist Training, you’ll liaise with registrars, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and high-quality administrative support.

As our Rural Programs Administrative Officer, you'll also:
Coordinate meetings, events and training activities, including scheduling, agendas, minutes and logistics
Act as first point of contact for registrar enquiries, providing timely, accurate support and triage
Prepare reports, track program activity and support continuous improvement initiatives
Manage correspondence and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely distribution
Skills and experience
Strong admin and coordination experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
Desirable: Experience in health or education settings
