Join Gosford Regional Community Services Inc (GRCS) as a Team Leader in the Wyoming Community OSHC service. Based in Wyoming, this is a rare opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role, with guaranteed pay and leave conditions, and a strong commitment to child safety and professional growth.

Morning shifts: 6:15 am – 9:15 am, Monday to Friday (either school terms only or including school holidays by negotiation)

What You’ll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you'll set the tone for a positive, inclusive, and child-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a small, passionate team of educators
Delivering engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework
Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Supporting children’s confidence, wellbeing, and independence
Managing compliance, safety, and daily operations with care and clarity

About You
You're a natural leader who brings:
At least 2 years’ experience working with primary school-aged children (OSHC, education, sport, drama or similar)

Confidence in leading a team and coordinating daily routines
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to best practice, inclusion, and continuous learning

You'll need to hold
Working With Children Check

A cleared Police Check
First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Child Protection Knowledge
