About the role:

Operating within Psychology (Melbourne) , the Placement Coordinator (Educational & Developmental Psychology) will make a significant contribution to the academic and administrative activities of ACU's national School of Behavioural & Health Sciences with key responsibilities in the ongoing teaching and management of professional practicum in the discipline of Psychology for students in the Master of Psychology (Educational & Developmental) program. The Placement Coordinator maintains and builds relationships with the faculty, university stakeholders and external providers, develops pathways for the practicum requirements of postgraduate Psychology students and manages effective administration of professional practicums. The position will also support student engagement with learning activities and provide supervision of postgraduate clinical practice in the Melbourne Psychology Clinic and/or supervision of students on external placements.

Total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,287 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
