Your role
We are looking for Release Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing software releases to ensure deployments are delivered safely, on time, and with minimal risk. Also will help to align teams, manage release readiness, coordinate go-live activities, and provide governance for successful production deployments.
- Coordinate release scope, timelines, and dependencies across delivery squads, vendors, platforms, and environments.
- Ensure alignment between delivery milestones, testing phases, change management activities, and production deployment windows
- Lead and coordinate release readiness activities across technology, business, operations, and change teams.
- Drive completion and review of the Integrated Readiness Checklist (IRC) as a key input to Go-Live decision-making.
- Prepare for and facilitate Go / Conditional Go / No-Go forums, including consolidation of readiness assessments, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate cutover planning and deployment execution in collaboration with technology and operational teams.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage release-level risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Provide visibility of release impacts, constraints, and dependencies to TSP leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Lead in complex technology environments.
- Strong coordination and planning skills across multiple teams and delivery streams.
- Experience managing production releases in large, regulated organisations.
