The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our EverydayX Finance Team. This role will primarily focus on facilitating and leading the financial oversight, insights and reporting of our Rewards E2E P&L, commercial support for new partners and leading the Non-Food Retail partnerships portfolio.

What you’ll do

Be part of shaping the strategy and commercial outcomes of External partnerships including new propositions and onboarding new external partners

Lead and contribute to budget setting, overall forecast, R&O management and performance of Everyday Rewards

Lead and maintain financial oversight of Rewards Non-Food Retail partners including reporting, forecasting, automating / integrating various processes, business partnering and driving actionable insights at customer, business and category levels

Lead business reviews to drive value add insights, continuous improvement and business performance

Guide and facilitate disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective

Display and promote an agile and growth mindset including innovating and thinking creatively in order to improve productivity, engagement and end-to-end finance effectiveness through the use of Continuous Improvement, Automation and AI
What you’ll bring

A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience including professional qualifications: CA/CPA

Strong presentation and storyboarding skills with analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Highly commercial and analytical with a drive for results

Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience, simply
-
Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of data. SAP experience needed, GCP & IPA familiarity is an advantage;

Strong work ethic, proactive and have the ability to work under pressure.
