A bit about your role
As an RSP Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational relationship between nbn and our RSP partners, ensuring we meet our contractual commitments with clarity, care and consistency. You will work closely with RSPs and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) Service Level Agreements and operational targets, thoughtfully identifying trends through analysis and enabling early intervention where needed.
You will also provide planning guidance and coordination to enable timely RSP connectivity to network infrastructure, including Points of Interconnect, CVC and NNI connectivity. You will play a key role in embedding strong operational practices for new RSPs following onboarding, setting them up for success and ensuring seamless engagement with nbn processes. Through collaborative performance reviews and ongoing engagement, you will act as a trusted voice of the RSP within nbn, advocating for improvements and helping shape a more responsive, customer-centric experience.
