The Role
Reporting to the EUC Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving the technology experience for our people across ABN Group. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll help manage and enhance our modern endpoint environment, working with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID and Windows 11 Enterprise.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a trusted escalation point for complex EUC incidents, problems and service requests, helping deliver a reliable and positive technology experience for our people.
- Support, administer and continuously improve our endpoint environment, including Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Contribute to the full device lifecycle, from configuration and deployment through to refresh, support and decommissioning.
- Package, test and deploy enterprise applications using approved tools and standards.
- Use PowerShell and automation to simplify repetitive tasks, improve reporting and increase operational efficiency.
- Help maintain a secure and compliant endpoint environment through configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines and Windows Update for Business.
- Investigate and resolve complex provisioning, enrolment, configuration and application deployment issues.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, knowledge articles, procedures and reporting to support consistent service delivery.
- Work closely with end users, internal technology teams and vendors to deliver practical outcomes and keep stakeholders informed.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way things work and supporting a modern workplace technology environment. You’ll bring a mix of technical experience, curiosity and a strong customer focus.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment, including Configuration Profiles, Settings Catalog, Compliance Policies and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Windows 11 Enterprise devices in a cloud-managed environment.
- Experience packaging, testing and deploying enterprise applications, particularly Win32 applications.
- Confidence using PowerShell scripting and automation to support endpoint administration, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Windows Update for Business, endpoint patching, update compliance and modern device management practices.
- A sound understanding of endpoint security concepts, including Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, security baselines and compliance monitoring.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform across incidents, problems, changes and service requests.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through complex technical issues in a structured way.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with end users, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative, proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Graph/Graph PowerShell SDK, Azure Virtual Desktop or VMware experience would be highly regarded.
