The Paid Social Lead is a key contributor and leader within the Paid Media team, reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media. This role owns Easygo's paid social strategy end-to-end, across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, X, and emerging platforms, setting the standard for how we show up, perform, and grow in social channels.
You will bring platform-wide expertise, a creative instinct, and a performance-driven approach to build paid social into a scalable growth channel. Working in close partnership with Organic Social, Creative, CRM, and Analytics teams, you will ensure paid and organic efforts are unified, and that Easygo's social presence is both compelling and commercially effective.

Operational Excellence
- Own the end-to-end paid social operation — campaign architecture, account structure, audience strategy, and trafficking standards across all platforms and markets.
- Define and implement best-in-class campaign structures across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, and X, with rigorous attention to detail at every level.
- In collaboration with the Head of Paid Media, enforce naming conventions, QA processes, and
account hygiene standards to ensure consistency and scalability.Strategy & Growth
Strategy & Growth
- Define and lead paid social strategy, identifying growth opportunities across prospecting, retargeting, and retention across each platform.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging social channels — proactively bringing new opportunities to the team.
- Partner with regional specialists and business stakeholders to translate growth objectives into platform-specific execution plans.
- Maintain a clear point of view on channel prioritisation and budget allocation across the social mix.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Serve as the strategic link between paid social and the Creative team — briefing, reviewing, and iterating on platform-native creative assets.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach to creative: build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across formats (video, static, carousel, Stories, UGC-style) and messaging frameworks.
- Develop creative performance frameworks — defining what good looks like per platform and feeding insights back into the creative process.
- Collaborate with the Organic Social team on content strategy, ensuring paid amplification aligns with organic storytelling and brand voice.
Paid & Organic Alignment
- Work in close partnership with the Organic Social team to align messaging, audience strategy, and content calendars — avoiding duplication and maximising combined impact.
- Identify high-performing organic content and develop paid amplification strategies to extend reach and drive performance.
- Contribute to a unified social presence where paid and organic work together seamlessly across all platforms.
Audience & Targeting Strategy
- In collaboration with the Head of Paid Media, develop and govern audience strategy across all paid social platforms — custom audiences, lookalikes, interest and behavioural targeting, and suppression lists.
- Partner with CRM and data teams to activate first-party audiences and build addressable segments for different growth strategies.
- Lead Easygo's approach to social identity and privacy changes — including iOS impact management, first-party data strategy, and platform-specific measurement solutions.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Navigate the complexities of advertising regulated products across social platforms — ensuring campaigns, copy, targeting, and audience restrictions meet platform policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Proactively monitor policy changes across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, and X; adapt strategy to remain compliant without compromising performance.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to obtain and maintain advertising permissions across all relevant markets.
Tracking, Attribution & Measurement
- Own paid social measurement infrastructure and attribution model governance across platforms.
- Establish and govern performance reporting standards within automated reporting frameworks to deliver relevant insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee budget pacing, forecasting, and spend efficiency across all paid social investment.
Adtech & Platform Management
- Own relationships with platform representatives across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, and X — leveraging betas, insights, and support to maintain a competitive edge.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations (creative management platforms, social listening, analytics) that improve efficiency and capability.
- Lead platform QBRs and roadmap discussions with key partners.
Team Leadership
- Directly manage and mentor three direct reports, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development.
- Act as the internal centre of excellence for paid social knowledge — upskill stakeholders through documentation, training, and best practice sharing.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary paid social point of contact for internal teams including Organic Social, Creative, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Finance.
- Contribute to integrated media planning and budget allocation discussions, providing social forecasts and scenario modelling.
- Align with Programmatic and Paid Search leads to ensure a cohesive, cross-channel approach to audiences and messaging.
Your track record:
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, with at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or specialist role.
- Proven experience managing large, complex paid search accounts — high spend, multi-market, or multi-product environments.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads; SA360 experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads (Basic and Advanced campaigns).
- Experience running app acquisition campaigns — Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work in close collaboration with SEO teams on integrated search strategy.
- Strong command of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Passion for sports and entertainment.
- Experience in iGaming or Sports Wagering.
- Experience in regulated products or services (finance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
- Familiarity with smart bidding, automation, and scripting within Google Ads or SA360.
