Drive our stock loss strategy by using fraud and behavioural data to steer product roadmaps and risk investment
Lead the design and oversight of compliant, data-driven frameworks to manage high-risk user identification
Partner with retail operations to design clear in-store processes and training, enabling store teams to execute loss protocols confidently and politely
Lead and develop two data analysts to deliver advanced behavioural analytics that uncover high-impact stock loss opportunities

We are seeking a disciplined, results-driven professional with a growth mindset who is motivated by the challenge of protecting our business, teams, and communities.
Strong experience in retail theft, checkout fraud, and inventory control, specifically for digital and frictionless store formats.
Experience designing and managing the rules and systems that keep our stores secure while maintaining compliance.
Ability to use transaction data and customer behaviour to make decisions about product features and investment.
A focus on building security measures that keep the store safe without making the shopping experience difficult for customers.
A proven track record of aligning teams like Tech, Product, and Store Operations to deliver shared strategic goals.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex protocols into clear, simple, and practical procedures for teams to follow.
