An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Digital Manager to join our Group Digital Team.
This role will be responsible for the overall success of the Commonry digital business and will oversee the day-to-day brand website operations, marketplace channels, digital marketing strategies, and help shape the digital customer experience across all touchpoints.
THE ROLE:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of all brand digital channels, ensuring activities are actioned on time and in-line with brand marketing and product plans
- Ensure all web assets, content and promotions are tested, configured, and implemented
- Oversee and coordinate the production of web photography and other digital creative assets
- Work closely with the Group Digital team to identify, drive and coordinate the implementation of design and UX improvements across all digital touchpoints
- Identify and rectify issues, ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained
- Use data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Care to help support the resolution of irregular customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Delivery and execution of the brand digital marketing strategies across all paid channels
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to optimise the use of creative assets by channel
THE PERFECT FIT:
- A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Business, or Information Technology
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience operating an ecommerce business and digital marketing channels
- Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure
- Excellent data analysis & reporting skills
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
- Understanding of retail, digital marketing, and social media
