About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Document Controller to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will play a key part in the timely delivery of quality documentation across significant projects for the Health Sector.
Working closely with project leaders, architects, and consultants, you will oversee the management of design and technical documents, ensuring they are compliant, current, and distributed effectively. Your expertise will safeguard design integrity, streamline project workflows, and support teams in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of excellence.
Coordinating the creation, management, and distribution of project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Maintaining project document control systems supporting team members to work efficiently and accurately.
Establishing clear communication channels between the project team, consultants, and contractors to manage information flow and version control.
Supporting project teams in meeting deliverable milestones through organised documentation and distribution practices.
About You
We are excited to welcome someone with the following qualifications and experience:
Strong proficiency with project collaboration/document control platforms (Aconex or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams of project information concurrently.
Experience coordinating documentation across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Adaptable working against different systems and platforms.
Demonstrated experience working on large scale projects
BIM and Model Management experience highly regarded.
Architectural or Technical Documentation experience will be highly regarded.
