We are seeking a Principal Product Technology Consultant to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers Online Travel Agencies through scalable distribution solutions and advanced technology integration across the travel ecosystem. As a Principal Product Technology Consultant, you will serve as a senior technical advisor to Online Travel Agency customers across Australia and Oceania. You will lead complex implementations, shape solution strategy and influence product adoption at scale. You will partner with commercial and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires deep expertise in Application Programming Interfaces, travel distribution and the confidence to guide customers through digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Sabre solutions for strategic customers.
- Guide partners as a senior technical advisor across integration and rollout phases.
- Shape solution design by partnering with account, product and engineering teams.
- Drive product adoption through tailored enablement and technical consultation.
- Use generative AI and automation to streamline implementations, improve delivery quality and scale team impact.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product consulting or technical support within travel technology.
- Deep expertise in Application Programming Interfaces, Global Distribution System platforms and integration frameworks.
- Proven success leading complex customer engagements and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for executive audiences.
- Practical experience using generative AI or automation tools to improve technical delivery and accelerate customer outcomes.
