- To ensure total customer satisfaction by performing equipment and material management activities within the Rental team.
- Responsible for equipment and material handling according to required processes and schedules.
- Maintain a structured and orderly storage facility for system infrastructure equipment and associated spares for 24/7 access.
- Carry out material handling and administration activities in support of Rental Customers.
- Check the technical and system compatibility of all new orders
- Preparation and testing of Master code plugs for new firmware releases
- Preparation and testing of customer-specific code plugs
- Creation and setup of subscribers in ITM for customer fleets
- On-site customer support
- File all Rental Agreements and related documents
- Stock Shortages
- Processing an agreement for delivery
- Rental Agreement document control
- Returning equipment

- Damaged and unserviceable equipment

- Coordinate and carry out handling of materials and equipment, primarily but not limited to Rental equipment. This may require off-site work on occasion.
- Coordinate any temporarily assigned material handling resources in support of specific Rentals.
- Ensure that all Rental equipment is asset tagged and recorded in the relevant company databases before storage or movement to other locations.
- Update applicable asset registers and keep relevant records in the relevant systems.
- Work with the Rental Operations Manager to ensure that asset locations and descriptions are correct against databases.
- Dispatch and receive equipment and materials for further processing as relevant, including the general handling of inwards and outwards consignments for the site.
- Arrange for secure and non-secure transportation of equipment and materials as relevant.
- Arrange for the secure and non-secure disposal of equipment and materials in line with Rental processes.
- Perform all work according to applicable quality standards.
- Perform all work according to procedures and instructions.
- Achieve timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a neat and orderly facility.
- Programming and coordinating all new Qantas orders
- Managing the process for all damaged and unserviceable equipment from Qantas
- Handling all associated RMAs with Qantas
GENERAL:
- Ensure compliance with Motorola's "Code of Conduct" and WH&S policies.
- Comply with all Privacy obligations
- Comply with our ISO 9001 and ISO 4801 requirements to achieve certification.
