About the role
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Gaming & Apps vertical. Our CSMs are solutions experts for their verticals, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and solutions and to drive client success.
Key responsibilities:
- Nurture and expand client relationships: Working with your Client Partner, the CSM will cultivate and elevate post-sale client connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships: Support regular business reviews, taking a consultative, forward-thinking approach to forge enduring client connections in partnership with the sales team.
- Proactively enhance campaign performance: Through conducting in-depth investigation of accounts, monitoring and dissecting ad campaigns, initiating improvements for enhanced outcomes.
- Drive data-backed insights to inform strategy and programs: Produce audience insights, analyse campaign performance data to produce data-driven business insights to enhance our go-to-market strategy and to inform vertical and market-wide programs.
- Shape advertising strategy: Relay valuable marketplace feedback and contribute to refining our advertising strategy.
- Program management & cross-functional collaboration: Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility assessment to test and learn design and for creative programs, while engaging and collaborating with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with TikTok features & product consultancy: Maintain an updated knowledge base of TikTok's features and ad units, and in partnership with the Sales team, support educating clients and agencies on product solutions, best practices, and ultimately fostering growth within existing business partnerships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Indicatively, you have 5 years' experience in ad sales, marketing and development, or a sales-related support function
- You have demonstrated experience of digital media platforms and ad metrics - particularly in the area of performance marketing (bonus for social / search / programmatic / ad-tech)
- You have experience running app campaigns and a strong understanding of the app ecosystem.
- You have a strong track record of analysing data and delivering insights
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, excels both as an individual contributor and cross-functional collaborator, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) is a definite plus. Same goes for Ad-Tech & Mar-Tech related platforms such as Salesforce, Liveramp, & Adobe.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and user lifecycle management in the Apps and Local Services vertical.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
