What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain medium to long-term forecasts for parts, labour and component demand across the WA business.
- Analyse forecasting data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that support operational planning and business performance.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities to improve planning, data quality and forecasting outcomes.
- Collaborate with Parts, Service and Operations teams to ensure forecasting information is accurate, current and aligned to customer requirements.
- Produce reporting and visibility tools that support decision-making and future demand planning.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Planning, Scheduling or Forecasting role within a similar fast moving environment.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using business systems such as SAP, AMT or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Highly desirable but not a deal clencher
- Experience with Caterpillar products, component lifecycle planning and equipment management processes.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI or Python.
