Lead the next chapter of Lacoste in Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the next phase of growth for Lacoste across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior Head of Brand Lacoste ANZ, you’ll lead the national sales strategy, drive commercial performance and build strong partnerships across key retail and wholesale accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded sales leader who understands how to grow a premium brand while protecting its positioning and heritage.

What you’ll do

Lead and execute the national sales strategy for Lacoste across Australia and New Zealand
Drive revenue growth, market share and commercial performance across key retail and wholesale channels
Lead, develop and inspire an Account Manager to support the growth of the brand
Build strong partnerships with major retail accounts and key stakeholders
Negotiate commercial agreements, terms and pricing while protecting the premium positioning of the brand
Analyse sales performance, consumer trends and market opportunities to identify areas for growth
Partner with Merchandise and Marketing teams to build consumer-right assortments and successful seasonal plans
Develop sales forecasts and support the delivery of product to meet market demand
Provide insights on product performance, customer preferences and market trends to influence future strategies
Lead performance reporting and present commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role within footwear, apparel, accessories or premium consumer products.
A strong understanding of the premium fashion, sport and lifestyle landscape will be highly regarded, along with a genuine affinity for Lacoste’s sporting heritage and iconic brand positioning.
A strategic and commercially minded sales leader
Experienced in building and managing key retail and wholesale partnerships
Confident leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams
Highly analytical, with the ability to turn sales data and market insights into action
A strong negotiator and influential communicator
Passionate about fashion, sport and lifestyle
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, innovative and solutions focused
