The Role
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer (5+ years post-graduate experience) to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and documenting high-quality design outcomes, working across a variety of projects contributing to collaborative design processes and delivering projects from concept through to documentation.
You will work closely with senior leadership in a supportive mentorship environment to develop your skills, expand and broaden your experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently lead and deliver projects, manage client relationships, and effectively coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants throughout all stages of the project
· Develop landscape concept designs and detailed documentation
· Prepare comprehensive landscape documentation packages
· Coordinate, compile, and review comprehensive drawing packages for DA, CDC, and CC planning submissions
· Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
· Ensure drawings comply with planning codes, standards, and project requirements
· Attend site visits, client and project meetings
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in Australia
· Qualification in Landscape Architecture/Design or related field
· Strong design, documentation, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Vectorworks (3D, SketchUp and InDesign advantageous)
· Experience with DA/CDC approvals and local planning requirements
· Demonstrated experience across premium residential, urban design and multi-residential projects, including medium- and high-density developments, with a strong understanding of the design, coordination and delivery requirements
· Proven ability to manage relationships with key client and cross-disciplinary consultants
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Strong plant knowledge
· Current driver's licence
· Hold permanent Australian work rights

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
