Job Function: Sales The role:

You will join Crayon (a SoftwareOne company's) Partner & Sales organisation in Australia, working closely with internal sales, delivery, and leadership teams to build trusted partner relationships and accelerate joint business growth.

As a Partner Manager looking after the Western Australia region, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partner relationships. Your role will focus on driving value‑based engagement, joint planning, and successful execution of sales and delivery initiatives to support long‑term partner success.

Key responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for Partners across Crayon and SoftwareOne.
Maintain a strong understanding of Crayon and SoftwareOne's service offerings, solutions and delivery capabilities.
Collaborate with product and services teams to support partner success.
Develop partner plans and governance models, engaging at the appropriate level within partner organisations, ideally at C-level.
Understand partners' business strategies and challenges, aligning initiatives to drive joint growth.
Own and manage the sales and service delivery process for assigned partners.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors and industry developments, proactively sharing insights and opportunities with stakeholders.

What we need to see from you:

Experience managing channel partners in a sales capacity, preferably in the IT industry.
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments, with a solid technical understanding of hybrid, public and private cloud solutions.
Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions, with Microsoft experience an advantage.
Strong understanding of customers' business requirements and licensing needs across multiple vendors.
Analytical and driven, with the ability to build relationships, networks and trust with IT executives.
Thrives in a value-based sales environment and can work strategically over the long term by developing broad and effective stakeholder relationships.
