The position

As Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide high-level, confidential and proactive support that keeps two critical portfolios moving. You will bring structure to competing priorities, coordinate executive and Board-related workflows, and ensure actions, approvals and strategic deliverables progress on time.

You will combine outstanding executive support with project coordination, event delivery and business improvement, helping our People and Business Services teams achieve meaningful outcomes.

The responsibilities

Proactively manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and competing priorities across the CPO and CFO portfolios
Maintain strong governance, financial administration, records and tracking tools, while identifying business improvement opportunities
Prepare agendas, briefing papers, executive correspondence, accurate minutes and follow-up actions
Coordinate relevant Board, Finance & Audit Committee, People & Culture Committee and Executive papers
Support strategic projects and key organisational events, including planning, budgets, logistics, communications and post-event reviews.

What’s required

Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a complex environment, ideally supporting executive leadership or Board committees
Sound judgement, discretion and initiative when handling confidential and sensitive matters
Advanced Microsoft 365 capability across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Strong governance, written communication, organisational and project coordination skills
Warm, professional and approachable style, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
