Admin & Showroom Assistant – Full Time

Streamline Building Supplies is looking for a friendly, organised and confident Admin & Showroom Assistant to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking to customers and is confident on computers. You’ll be helping keep the office and showroom running smoothly while supporting customers and the rest of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Responding to emails and customer enquiries

* Creating invoices and quotes

* General computer and admin work

* Answering phone calls

* Assisting customers in our showroom

* Helping customers with orders and product enquiries

* Following up orders and keeping records organised

* Keeping the showroom organised and presentable

* Assisting the team with general day-to-day tasks

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

* Friendly, confident and easy to communicate with

* Organised and good at keeping on top of tasks

* Comfortable using computers, email and basic office programs

* Professional when dealing with customers

* Reliable and punctual

* Willing to learn about our products

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous admin, reception, retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. Training can be provided to the right person.

Streamline Building Supplies supplies a growing range of building and architectural products, including wall panels, cladding, flooring, windows, doors and other interior and exterior products.

We’re a growing business and are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
