Step into an Administrative Role with Purpose

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator to keep our fantastic Robina, Gold Coast office running smoothly and to provide essential administrative support across our office, people and workplace operations.

About the role

This is a varied role where you’ll be the go-to person for the day to day running of the office.

You will:

Contribute to the office experience – welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, answer email enquiries, and ensure the office is a welcoming and well organised environment.
Keep things running smoothly – manage office supplies, mail, staff amenities, cleaning, maintenance and facilities.
Support HR administration – coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding and recruitment admin,
Look after our people – coordinate Welcome Packs, staff gifts, rewards and incentives, and maintain accurate employee and rewards programme data.
Bring people together – help plan and deliver engaging staff events and activities, managing the associated budget.
Champion Health & Safety – support WHS administration and compliance, help maintain a safe workplace and liaise with the Building Manager on workplace and building matters.
Keep the admin on track – manage the office credit card, monthly reconciliations, gift card ordering, rewards administration and other office-related records.
Partner across the business – work closely with People & Capability, Accounts, employees, our doctors and clients, and building management to keep things running smoothly.
Be the problem solver – take ownership of ad hoc administrative tasks and projects, finding practical solutions and making things happen.

You’re someone who is organised, proactive and great at getting things done. You enjoy variety, are comfortable juggling competing priorities and take pride in creating an office environment where things simply work.

You’ll bring:

Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
Confidence managing confidential information and people-related administration.
Tech-savviness and comfort learning new systems.
A tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
