Summary:

As a Recruitment Specialist in the Education & Training sector, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our organisational goals. Based in North Strathfield, New South Wales, this permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our educational initiatives. Your expertise in recruitment will ensure that we build a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with our mission to provide high-quality education and training services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional networks to source potential candidates.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
