Personal Trainer | O'Malley | Leads + No Rent

Keep What You Earn. Leads Provided. Real Support.

Casual personal training role in O'Malley, ACT, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours. Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week.

Is There A Catch?

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

Everything You Walk Into

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms:

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Backed from day one. Branding, profile, app and admin set up for you before your first client.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

A Week In This Role

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket.

That is the job.

Not to:

Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard
Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session
Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed
Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before
The grind outside the gym floor is what finishes most PTs, long before their coaching ever lets them down.
