About the role
The E-Commerce & Administration Coordinator supports the Club’s retail, e-commerce and consumer operations through online product management, customer service, administration and campaign support, while assisting with retail programs, game day activities and special events.
Reporting to the Head of Retail & Licensing, responsibilities include:
- Manage online SuperStore content, imagery, product information, pricing, customer information, and inventory updates in the Lightspeed and Commerce platforms.
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy, ensuring consistent naming conventions across all platforms and compelling presentation that drives purchase decisions.
- Optimise site performance, product pages, navigation, and checkout processes for maximum conversion.
- Support digital campaign development and delivery by ensuring the platform is optimised for promotional periods, setting up online offers and promotions as required and assisting with sales and campaign reporting.
- Coordinate auction timelines and provide auction imagery, product descriptions, declarations and supporting information.
- Coordinate AFL and AFLW player signing sessions with relevant internal departments and retail stakeholders.
- Provide in-store sales support and order fulfilment during busy periods, while assisting with game day retail operations and special events.
- Support general administration functions, including incoming and outgoing mail arrangements, banking, licence plate orders, and invoice processing.
Due to the nature of the industry and this role, there is an inherent requirement to work home match days and other club events which will include working some evenings and weekends.

The role will suit someone who has can work collaboratively with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, follow-up and continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will have:
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Highly developed computer skills, including reporting support, invoice processing and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Demonstrated high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in retail administration, e-commerce, customer service, merchandise, marketing support or a related administrative role is desirable.
- Experience using retail point-of-sale, e-commerce, inventory, content management or customer service systems. Lightspeed, BigCommerce or similar platforms are desirable.
