About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, helping them continue to live safely and independently at home.

This role requires 6 hours per week, with the following schedule:

Tuesdays – 2 hours
Wednesdays – 2 hours
Thursdays – 2 hours

The role offers flexible weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company-provided PPE.

Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
Offer social support and respite care
Transport clients to appointments
Maintain accurate care records

Your Background

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance Certificate
Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
Smartphone
Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
