Bielby’s New South Wales team is expanding, off the back of being shortlisted on a number of NSW tenders, we’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager.
Based in Sydney, this role will provide technical leadership and engineering governance across a newly awarded project, a major infrastructure initiative restoring critical transport links across regional New South Wales.
This is an opportunity to do more than manage engineering outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping Bielby's engineering capability, delivery standards, and long-term growth strategy across NSW while working alongside highly experienced project leaders in a collaborative, agile environment.
About You

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and RPEQ or CPEng.

15+ years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Significant experience in Design & Construct environments.

Demonstrated expertise in temporary works, constructability, staging, and project engineering leadership.

Proven ability to resolve complex technical and productivity challenges in live project environments.

Strong understanding of Australian Standards, client specifications, and road authority requirements.

Demonstrated leadership of experienced, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
