As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

We’re looking for a Service Desk Technician in Brisbane who thrives on delivering outstanding support and creating positive experiences for our users. If you enjoy troubleshooting, building relationships, and working in a collaborative team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do

Be the go-to person for technical support across hardware, software, and network issues.

Diagnose and resolve problems quickly to keep our users productive and happy.

Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Work closely with your team to improve processes and share knowledge.
