About Lotus Commercial: Lotus Commercial is one of Australia’s leading commercial kitchen service providers, with over 30 years of experience supporting hospitality and corporate clients nationwide.

We provide essential services that keep kitchens running smoothly — including filter exchanges, canopy and exhaust cleaning, and air conditioning filter maintenance.

About the Role: We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers / Drivers to join our service team.

You’ll travel to client sites to remove and replace kitchen filters, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This is a physical, team-based, hands-on role ideal for people with backgrounds in factory work, general labouring, construction, landscaping, warehouse work, cleaning, or trades assistant roles. It suits those who enjoy active work, variety, and being part of a supportive crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive to client sites to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance work
Safely remove, clean, and replace exhaust and air filters
Follow safety procedures and complete tasks to a high standard
Represent Lotus Commercial professionally at every site
Work collaboratively to meet daily schedules and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

Current full driver’s licence and good driving record
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or labouring roles is an advantage
