Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of programs. The role ensures claims are progressed through structured case conferencing, timelines are met, and program outcomes are achieved in line with WorkSafe requirements.
This role provides oversight, governance, and reporting across the program, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in the management of long-duration claims.
How you'll make an impact

Coordinate program delivery across allocated cohorts, ensuring claims progress through triage, case conferences, and completion stages.

Monitor claim timelines and milestones to ensure claims remain on track and program requirements are met.

Facilitate stakeholder collaboration between case managers, injury management advisors, mental health specialists, rehabilitation providers, and technical managers.

Organise case conference attendance and preparation, ensuring the right people with the right expertise are involved in claim strategy discussions.

Ensure governance and compliance with WorkSafe requirements, audit criteria, and program standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in line with program and compliance expectations.

Coordinate reporting and analysis on case conference outcomes, action progress, and portfolio trends.

Provide insights and escalate risks to improve claims management practices and support program effectiveness.
About you

Demonstrated experience in project coordination, program delivery, or operational support roles

Experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, or injury management environments

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet critical deadlines

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
