Full Job Description

Watkins Bay Coffee is a coffee specialist in South eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We have gone from strength to strength and have become a household name to the local community and beyond. Due to strong organic growth, we are on the hunt for a passionate and driven professional who relish providing positive customer experiences to join us.

Applicants must be able to work in a high paced environment, whilst displaying strong people skills and customer service.

Key Accountabilities -

Making coffee
Taking customer orders
Food quality assurance
General customer service

About you:

As the successful candidate, you will possess -

2-3 years' experience working in a similar environment
1+ years' Barista experience
Experience working in various hospitality venues
Hands on experience with commercial coffee machines - Knowledge of basic fundamentals
Excellent communication skills & customer service

Please note: You will be required to be available to work during opening hours of

6:00 am - 3:00 pm including weekends and public holidays.
