At Four Points by Sheraton Perth, we believe great stays start with great people. We're looking for a Front Office Manager who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, leading from the front, and building a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Department. You'll drive service excellence, develop team capability, own guest satisfaction outcomes, and ensure the smooth operation of a busy hotel environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and developing the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Managing daily Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, room inventory and guest services.
Driving guest satisfaction, associate engagement, service recovery and Marriott brand standards.
Coaching, mentoring and developing associates to achieve their full potential.
Partnering with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Revenue teams to deliver seamless hotel operations.
Managing departmental performance, labour productivity and operational KPIs.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in capability, leadership and potential. The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven leadership experience within a hotel Front Office environment.
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage escalated guest situations.
Experience using Property Management Systems, preferably Opera Cloud, Opera or similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building engaged teams.

Non-Negotiables

Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience leading a Front Office team within a hotel operation at a management capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency with hotel PMS systems.
Ability to respond to operational needs as required.
Proven track record of achieving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, service quality, and operational performance targets.
