We're on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose at Nuix. This extends to our People. We're fiercely passionate, love working at pace, thrive in ambiguity, live, and breathe outside of the box, and above all are good humans. We're determined to make a positive difference in the world, whether through our solutions which help the top companies, governments and agencies find the truth and combat illegal activities, or through our people who care about contributing and giving back both within, and outside, of Nuix. We are a Force For Good. We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey.
Join the Apical team in Sydney, the squad that designs, builds and maintains the Nuix Platform and Business APIs and the REST SDK that customers, partners and other Nuix product teams use to drive the Nuix Neo platform. Working closely with the Manager of Engineering, the Nuix Product organisation and the scrum team, you will deliver API capability that is secure, well documented and dependable for everyone downstream of it.
As a mid-level Software Engineer you take ownership of user stories, and increasingly of whole features, from design through to release. You write well tested, well styled code, you keep documentation current, and you are an active voice in the wider engineering conversation: backlog grooming, technical design, CI/CD health and customer facing context. You will work alongside Senior and Principal Software Engineers and the architecture group, with clear room to grow into senior scope.
The professional growth that will be developed from success in this position will be:
Improved technical skills in API design, platform security and multiple Nuix Products
Enhanced team, community and communication skills
Understanding of customer needs, challenges and demonstrable ability to recommend appropriate solutions to end-user requirements
