The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administration Officer to join our Truganina team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing operation where you will play a key role supporting daily business functions and operational administration.

Working alongside an experienced manager with over 19 years in the industry, you’ll be part of a down-to-earth and collaborative team where your contribution will be genuinely valued.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities and takes pride in maintaining accurate systems and processes.

You will:

Assisting the operational team with day-to-day administrative support

Managing phone and email enquiries

Managing POD returns, document control and record management

Processing purchase orders, invoices and general accounts administration

Assisting with P&L and End of Month reporting task

Data entry, updating and maintaining spreadsheets

Coordinating customer accounts and responding to client enquiries

Supporting internal auditing, compliance and reporting requirements

Maintaining management information systems and reporting databases

Liaising with internal stakeholders, drivers, customers and suppliers

Ensuring company systems, procedures and compliance standards are met

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across administration processes

What you’ll bring:

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment

Exposure to accounts administration, purchase orders or finance support functions

Basic to intermediate MS Office skills

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and team-focused approach

Confidence learning new systems

Transport and logistics industry experience highly regarded

Certificate IV in Office Administration (or equivalent) are desirable
