About the Opportunity

Ready to make an impact in a customer-focused role?

As a Customer Success Business Support, you'll play a key role in supporting customer onboarding, platform support, data management and customer communications. Working closely with Customer Success Managers and Coordinators, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience while ensuring data accuracy, coordinating customer requests and contributing to process improvements.

In this Role

Deliver exceptional support to customers by managing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Coordinate customer and supplier onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate customer, supplier and product data across multiple systems
Analyse and cleanse data to support reporting accuracy and business performance
Prepare reports, dashboards and insights to assist decision-making
Organise customer meetings, training sessions and reviews, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and business projects that drive operational efficiency

You’re Likely a Match If

Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with experience analysing and reporting on data
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar customer management systems
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer success, customer service, business support or operational administration roles
