About the Role
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth Vale.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic andcommunity environments.

We welcome the following applicants for this position:

Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners
Experienced and Advanced Practitioners

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community and clinic settings
Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring

Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration at Proficient level or above
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia

There may also be options to travel (FIFO/DIDO) to support regional areas such as Mount Gambier, Port Augusta, the Yorke Peninsula and Roxby Downs, as well as Murray Bridge and Victor Harbor, depending on team and business needs at the time.
