Moi Clinic is seeking a warm, dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative and caring team. This unique role is available in part-time or contractor capacity, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists, educators, and allied health assistants. Together, we support children, teens, adults, and families through evidence-based, creative, and client-centred care.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a team environment and is looking for long-term stability, clinical support, and a workplace that values creativity, connection, and community.

Location: Rowville
Position Type:

Full-time ($90,000 – $110,000)
Part-time (FTE equivalent)
Contract ($110+ per hour)

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to apply)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Working With Children Check & Police Check
Driver’s licence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Creative, adaptable, and client-centred approach to intervention
Experience in paediatric, adolescent, or adult OT services (preferred, but not essential)

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment and intervention to support clients’ daily functioning and participation
Utilise the OT gym and other resources to deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy
Prepare accurate clinical documentation and comprehensive reports
Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals to achieve therapy goals
Deliver services both in-clinic and in community settings, when required
