El Jannah began in 1998 in Granville, Sydney, with a simple idea: serve honest, authentic Lebanese-Australian food that brings people together. More than two decades on, our charcoal chicken, bold flavours and energetic restaurants have made us one of Australia's most loved food brands, with restaurants across NSW, the ACT and Victoria. Now we're bringing El Jannah to South Australia for the very first time, right by the beach in Glenelg. As we grow, we stay focused on what matters most: great food, great people and genuine connection.
We're building the opening leadership team for El Jannah Glenelg and are looking for experienced, motivated leaders at both Shift Leader and Assistant Restaurant Manager level.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the team, drive high standards across food quality, service, safety and cleanliness, and contribute to strong commercial performance. As part of the opening team, you'll also help train our founding crew and set the culture and standards that every future El Jannah in South Australia will be measured against.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and building a positive, high-performing team culture. Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager, a Shift Leader ready for more responsibility, or a senior team member ready to step up, this is a rare opportunity to grow with a brand that invests in its leaders, from day one in a brand-new state.
