Job Description
Reporting to an Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will lead relationships across large enterprise and complex accounts, bringing together Jellyfish’s paid media, analytics, measurement and broader digital capabilities to deliver meaningful client outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understanding of their business objectives and translating these into clear account priorities, strategic recommendations and opportunities for growth. You will take ownership of the health and commercial performance of your accounts, including stakeholder management, renewals, account expansion, profitability and risk mitigation.
This role suits someone who is self-starting, commercially minded and comfortable independently navigating complex client environments. You will also have a strong interest in developments across media, measurement, technology and AI, and how these can create practical value for clients.
Your primary responsibilities include :
Serve as the day-to-day client lead for large Enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at operational and senior levels
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, marketing priorities, organisational structure and commercial objectives
Own account plans covering growth, retention, stakeholder engagement and risk management
Identify and extract the client’s business challenges to share with Jellyfish teams and coordinate solutions, products or services to address their needs in a timely manner
Clearly articulate client business objectives and demonstrate how Jellyfish’s work delivers measurable impact
Lead contract renewals, scope development, commercial discussions and contractual requirements
Own monthly revenue forecasting, provisions, and pipeline visibility
Identify commercial, delivery and relationship risks early and lead appropriate action plans, with support from the Director
Implement and manage best-in-class client management practices, ensuring client playbooks, meeting notes, and financial reports are consistently updated
Partner with paid media and martech specialists to develop integrated solutions aligned with client objectives
Lead cross-functional teams with clear direction, accountability and follow-through
Collaborate with finance teams on invoicing and financial reporting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, ensuring Jellyfish remains a forward-thinking and innovative partner
Promote collaboration, shared success, and an innovative mindset within the team
Act as a role model within the organisation, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and commitment to excellence
Skills and Experience:
Enterprise Client Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at operational, senior and executive levels.
Effective Communication and Presentation: Delivers clear and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams, adapting complex information for different audiences.
Paid Media Expertise: Strong understanding of paid media planning, activation, optimisation and measurement. Experience across Google Marketing Platform, including DV360, CM360 or SA360, is highly desirable.
Analytics and Measurement: Experience with digital analytics, attribution, measurement frameworks or media effectiveness, including Google Analytics 4, is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and drive results.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Tackles challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, resolving conflicts and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, improve outcomes, and enhance client relationships.
Ownership and Accountability: Self-starting and dependable, with the ability to independently progress priorities, manage challenging conversations and follow through on commitments.
