We are looking for motivated, collaborative and curious students to join our 12-week paid Summer Internship Program commencing in November 2026.

As an intern, you'll gain practical experience working alongside industry-leading professionals on projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. You'll be supported by experienced mentors, develop your technical and professional skills, and gain insight into what it's like to build a career in consulting.

We're currently seeking students studying either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our Buildings Market team in Adelaide, South Australia as an Intern Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. This opportunity sits within our Fire & Hydraulics team, where you'll gain exposure to the design and delivery of fire protection and hydraulic systems for buildings projects.

From day one, you'll become part of a connected global network of experts and innovators. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, learn from specialists recognised as leaders in their field, and contribute to projects that help shape the built environment of the future.

YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

Our Internship Program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment. Throughout the 12-week program, you'll:

Work on real projects and contribute to project deliverables.
Learn from experienced engineers and technical specialists.
Receive guidance and support from mentors and project teams.
Build your professional network across the business.
Develop valuable technical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Gain exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients.

This is more than just an internship—it's an opportunity to explore your career potential, expand your professional network and discover where your ambitions can take you.

High-performing interns will be considered for future opportunities within our Graduate Program upon completion of their studies.

An interest in digital engineering, design tools and innovation will be highly regarded.
