About the Role:
As the Administration Officer, you will:
Provide administrative support across human resources, finance, facilities and school operations.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staffing processes and support workforce planning.
Assist with financial administration, including budgets, purchasing, payments and record management.
Support the coordination of school facilities, asset management, maintenance and capital works.
Maintain staff records, Blue Card processes, compliance requirements and workforce data.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to the efficient operation of the school.
Provide high-quality advice and customer service to staff while ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

About You:
You are a motivated and adaptable administrator with excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
You can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Ability to communicate with empathy and influence in order to address problems and obtain cooperation and assistance in meeting required objectives.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated high level word processing and spreadsheet experience, and ability to use school systems and web-based applications.
Knowledge of OneSchool will be highly regarded.
Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and understanding of school operations, standards and work processes
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and continuous improvement.
