What you’ll do
Lead, coach and build capability for a geographically distributed state team of Systems Specialists, driving performance and robust succession planning
Strategically shift your team's resources across state sites to match changing project demands, system stabilisations and incident responses.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers (DC Managers) to align systems priorities with operational plans and clear blockers
Own user acceptance testing execution and end to end Access Management
Coordinate testing, deployment and cut over windows for site systems projects
Own local system efficiency outcomes, championing the adoption of AI, automation and Lean/Six Sigma principles to challenge legacy processes
What You’ll Bring
Extensive supply chain experience, highlighted by a proven track record of leading technical or systems oriented teams through change.
Practical expertise working with Blue Yonder WMS & TMS platforms, SAP order integration, Vocollect and Warehouse Control Systems automation partners
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior operational leaders without direct authority
A solid background managing the full lifecycle of system releases, including UAT, Business Verification Testing, cut-over and hypercare.
