Summary

About the Role

Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standards
To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.
To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best

Qualifications

Qualifications
To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:
Good food and beverage service skills
1 year experience in a similar position
Good coffee making skills
Ability to work a rotational roster
Excellent customer service
Current NSW RSA Competency Card
